Someone (not me, can't take credit) recently cleaned up the wiki's server firsts page, and added a Green one: http://wiki.project1999.com/Server_Firsts.

I think that'd be an excellent place to start.

If we have time I also intend to put an Achievement section on the website to showcase the first of each.
