Who are the causal raiding guilds now?

Guard Guard is a legitimate 2nd place as soon as next week. Aegis is raiding with Aftermath and therefore not casual.

Basically just Kittens and Dawn Believers left.

Is there even room for a guild that does things like scheduled planar trash clears, Kael arena or other low hanging fruits?

The meta is largely kill the best names with the least collateral possible.

Is there anyone breaking that mold?

There are presently zero stable dedicated lower-end guilds on P99. Most guilds at the lower-end tend to develop the pixel sickness and end up becoming higher-end (see: Kittens and many others) and the remainder imploded for this or that reason.

Castle and Dawn Believers are pretty casual as far as I can tell. Seem to be doing alright.

Wait- Kittens still does Kael Arena, Planes etc for 46+ non dkp regularly. Like every week.
