Oh I quit this game at the end of 2017. Down 2 or 3 shoe sizes. Lost 7 inches off my waist (36 -> 29), 5 from my rib cage (38 -> 33), and went from a men’s XL shirt to women’s medium. Pretty crazy having my clothes look... good on me. I’m doing much better now I’m happier with my body and away from these spergs, ty!
you lost shoes sizes? :O

Mmhmm. Wore 11.5 Men’s and noticed Chucks in size 10 fit last October. I can fit my thumb in between my heel and the back of those shoes now, too. Pretty sure I’m size 8.5/9 now = women’s 10.5/11

Men’s 11 vs Women’s 11 wide (lil too big now)

Indirectly, I think so! Traded video games for boobs, pretty much. Was a good deal.

You know, I laughed for like 3 minutes straight the first time I heard that expression. Then I started raiding. I thought it was fun at the time, but now it makes me sad.
Good trade so long as they are not on your own chest.

Fungi twinks were a common enemy of the low level players, and brought players closer together as a community. They got bored of things pretty fast too so it's not like entire zones were locked down for hours at a time lol. Was kinda fun seeing a well-known fungi PK pop up in zone though; entire groups were like "hey x zoned in.... think we can take him? should we plan our escape? :O"
heh, there were no PKs on EQ. You didn't get tagged as a murderer and made KOS to any city guards. In the 'Cracked' everquest documentary Steve Clover cringed at the thought of .. "PVP" as it was mostly griefing before that was labeled (and went down the toilet.. talk about carebears..) Now if you wish to Roleplay that there were such things as PK on a pvp server by all means I won't stop you. I just see you as bragging about how fast your car is and it has 180hp.

PVP was an afterthought in EQ and was not originally intended. IIRC they had to *chokes back vomit* balance things out a few times due to complaints from queefs in a PVE game.

Everything you mentioned there was a takeaway from UO imo.

I feel like you would have to lose a TON of weight to drop 2 show sizes.

yeah

..ok, I remembered wrong. Steve didn't cringe when talking about it. It's still a long way away from being a PK.

The guys behind eq came from a plant nursery.

on the teams servers you took neg faction hits for PKing people in their cities

------------------------------

- Resist-debuffs will do 1.5 times their normal value for PvP
encounters. In other words, if the spell did -60MR in PvP before, it
does -90MR in PvP now. PvE (combat versus NPCs) remains unaffected.
- Faction-loss for PvP kills on Vallon and Tallon now only occur
against factions within the hometown of the person killed. In other
words, if you kill an Erudite in Erudin, you will only lose faction
with the factions in Erudin, not the factions in Paineel.

- Turning in the Tomb of Order and Discord will have no effect on
Vallon and Tallon.
- On all PvP servers, only the person who gets the killing-blow in PvP
combat will have looting rights. We would prefer to implement some sort
of "majority damage" logic however this should solve most of the issues
associated with uninvolved players "ninja-looting" the loser in PvP
encounters.

You have provided sources and proved me wrong. You have slain me in P99 RNF with that one, praise be and thank you.

I am largely ignorant of classic eq pvp servers and red server here plus I have low regard for MMORPG pvp to begin with, I just got fed up with reading people post that shit. So it did work like UO on some servers back in era, corrected.
