Just give up now. The whole point of a 24/7 guild seems to be lost. What was the reason for only having 21 for Gorenaire at 9am est - no long crawl necessary? Maybe just switch over to US evening prime, since apparently you don't have the Asians/Euros/daytime Americans to cover these anymore.
