This is super, SUPER tedious but it'll work.

If you harmony pandos, then you can get close enough to put 4 unstacked muffins in the trade window, your friend casts invisibility on you, then hit trade.

What happens is you'll con indifferent to pandos at the time of trade, so you'll be able to turn in.

Just repeat that about a few hundred times (yikes) and you'll be able to turn in on your own, then keep doing it until ally for the BW NPC.

I think you can turn in to charmed NPC's too but you may not get the faction hit.

If you are halfling or wood elf you can use your racial stealth buttons instead of a friend with invis.

As a rogue, I was always told to sneak, not hide. Sneak let me restock a certain dark elf's wine cellar in return for being non-KOS with everyone but the Indigo Brotherhood; hide got me punched to death by a glorified librarian.

If you are a halfling, just sneak behind him for the turn-in.

Otherwise, have you got any friends with Puppet Strings?

I haven’t tried this myself but you might be able to turn in White Wine to lady shae for the same faction hits as muffins.

I did my Druid epic KoS to many of the turn-in NPCs. Bring a friend that can cast invisibility on you. Harmony the NPC, open trade as far away as you can, have your friend invis you, and turn in.

Factioning is for chumps.

Wait, can puppet strings get you to ally with any quest npc? Meaning anyone could do any quest they culd charm the npc with puppet strings with no matter what your faction is?

Handing in White Wine to Lady Shae has allowed me to raise all factions needed. It is annoying but she was indifferent when Pandos was scowling.

Can hand in 4 at a time for 4 faction hits, she does path away to complete part of her quest lore but can continue to hand in without needing any further triggers.

Went from max KoS to factioned enough to do epic in about an hour.
