Game Mechanics: Paladin / Shaman / Druid / Cleric Bind Wound skill should be 210 cap (bind up to 70%)

Hello i just leveled my shaman to lvl 56 and have a bind wound skill of 210, but now it is showing my bind wound skill at 200 written in red. is this a bug and will fix itself when i get to 57?

Interesting. Are you able to bind wound to 70% of your hit points?

If so then just a display error / limitation per Rogean and you should be good. Any clerics / druids / paladins able to do this?
