Want to confirm, more specifically for Ring 8, the toon who rolls has to turn in to start event, and then same toon has to loot head? I assume this is the case, have a ring 7 on an alt I was curious if it's allowed to use it to do roll + turn in and loot Chief Head on my other toon.

The same toon must win the roll, turn in the marching orders, and loot the head. I was recently suspended for looting head on a different toon, which I thought was allowed, and so I asked Llandris to make this thread. Getting suspended for breaking a rule I wasn't aware of is a small price to pay for getting clear rules posted publicly. Thanks again, Llandris.
