I do not have JBB either, I like grouping more than soloing so I was thinking Regen gear would be the better investment. Just trying to figure out where to spend the money to make the 2nd half of 54 through 60. My gear is not so great currently so I figured I would seek out some experience.

Well ikky bp will help in basically all situations, whereas the jbb is mostly only going to be useful in solo and maybe duo situations.

If you already have epic though then JBB is practically a vanity item compared to more regen
