Error trying to install Titanium on vista
Here is what my error says almost immediately after I click setup wizard.
Setup has experienced an error Please do the following: -Close any running programs -Empty your temporary folder -Check your Internet connection Then try to run the setup again error code -6001 I have done what it said and it still pops up. I have searched the nets for the error code with no luck. I have removed my old EQ install. Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks | ||

Where are you installing it to? Try installing to C:\

You may also want to try running as administrator and/or compatability mode for an earlier version of Winblows.

I can't even get to the point to tell it where to install. It literally pops up 2 to 3 seconds after I click on setup.
I'm still getting the error after the changes Nether recommended. I guess won't I'll be able to play...[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]. I'm gonna have to struggle without EQ a month till Fippy comes back. | ||

Are you running off CDs or ISOs?
If off CD, ignore the autorun. Right-click your CD drive and choose 'explore' Then right click setup.exe and choose 'run as administrator'

Dang. Nope, still immediate pop up of error when run as admin.
BTW, thanks for all your suggestion guys! I need to find a monitor for a old tower I have and try installing in there. I just got this laptop right now. | ||
