On an unrelated note, anyone know if Cazic-Thule deity affects just how KoS a non-Iksar toon is to Iksars? E.G.: takes fewer kills / bone chip turn-ins for an Ogre Shaman of Cazic-Thule to be non KoS compared to others.

But why would you play anything but the master race?

I certainly wouldn't. It just wouldn't make sense!

...except so you can wear the Kunark class gear which, for some reason, was designed to be unwearable by the race for which the expansion is known.

OP: Its probably classic. It's what happened when a game is originated by a garage band startup making a game based upon plagiarizing / creating original content based on Dungeons and Dragons lore. They weren't thinking about a "game" playing well, as much as playing a game based upon an obscure, arbitrary, loreset.
