Seems time to remove recharging items on blue. Guy was just trying to relive the classic experience by purchasing items a vendor had in stock. Since we're all here for the most classic experience possible, some more than others, it should be wiped from everyone's mind.

Hogging a vendor in a noobie zone is against the Play Nice Policy. You ruined his roleplaying and immersion. AEGIS alliance should be under raid suspension and the items they were recharging should be destroyed.
