Should I return to Everquest??

Hi there! I played EQ when it first came out in 1999 and loved it. In fact, I played it for about a year and only stopped when the expansions ruined it. Of course, there is nothing like it now!

I am considering buying the Titanium version on Amazon (it's like $80+) and getting back into the original game. Just found out about Project 1999 yesterday!

However, my one concern is this... are there people in the lower level zones playing the game? I am not much of a solo player and really enjoy grouping. Are there any people still in the game at levels 4-20? Or is everyone pretty high level at this point? For example, if I wander into Qeynos Hills... about how many people would I find there? I would be playing the game for the grouping.... so please let me know what to expect.
