I agree, I would have just ignored him. Ragefire wasn't a camp, scout isn't a camp. Why did you believe him when he told you he was camping it!?! Camping a mob with variance?!?!?! why would they put variance on a mob that you could claim as a camp?!?!?

Well SF has variance, albeit a much shorter one than this. Tough to say this is a pretty unique spawn and quest progression to the server. A precedent doesnt do it justice.
