white models

For some reason all of the textures are white when in game (air is translucent white). I was not able to use EQGExport, but EQ-Zip appears to work fine. I double checked the global_chr file with Eq-zip and the .bmp files appear to look correct.

I disabled the horse/elemental lucilin model check box.

Any ideas?

Running windows 10.
