Also copied & replaced files, still getting SP 1 error.
People are logged in so servers are up. Is there a fix ?

I didn't change anything and but 12 hours later my game works again.

I jacked mine all up and had to do a reinstall. After the reinstall, I still couldn't see my toons. I changed the location of EQ and login worked.
