Meant to say anyone KoS will get face agroe. And obviously there is also the main issue of being able to move in and out of melee range if you want to conserve your soulfire / reaper charges / just mitigate damage in general.

I think just unrooting him is a better solution. Instead of making him different from every other raid boss, make him the same.

all boss dragons should summon at 100%. ToV is such a shitshow.

Yeah in these days of leashing (mobs clear agroe after a certain distance), no one is going to pull Yelinak to SS zone in....unrooting this mob makes a lot of sense. Somebody tell me why I'm wrong.

Well, I certainly think that's a better idea than perma rooting all of the dragons as I've heard some people suggest before.

I'd love to see how people work out a way to get mobs to entrance with them summoning. P99 pull tactics would have blown peoples' minds in 1999-2001.

Well mobs only summon once every 10 seconds... You definitely need to pull other mobs that cast sow to the raid bosses first, to make sure they are sowed and every pull will eat multiple DA for sure... XD

You are kidding yourself if you thought these types of pulls were possible in 1999 - 2001.
