Is that worse than everyone waiting 3 months to not kill a dragon, and 3 months to not kill a dragon, and 3 months to not kill a dragon....repeat?

That's what it was. It was 0 dragons, or some dragons, rarely.

The non AM's now get some dragons, rarely. They don't lose anything as they have the same chance to win a coth race as anyone else.
