Sarnak Berserkers for OT faction worth it?

Definitely not worth it given you are level 51....easier to farm 2k and pay the max amount for a strings click while getting exp at the same time.

It depends on a couple things:

What race is your shaman?
Do you know anyone that has an Ornate Velium Pendant?

Some race/class combos are only 9 turn ins and an OVP click away from a hammer.

It's not worth it to do 124 turn ins for sure.

I'm level 36 so I have no clue how much this would boost my faction.

Bards can just charm the foreman for their hammer, no faction required.
