Sure. Although, the EQemu variant from the all-in-one installer I linked fixed my problem (just have to run it "as administrator"). I suspect that when I run EQ "regularly" and connect to p99, it's an issue with my laptop's videos modes ,as the crashes were only happening on logging/zoning with a memory error.
Running the EQ client or the WinEQ2 client as administrator allows the game/application access to the HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) and allows the software to interface with and work properly with the hardware. Without using the "Run As Administrator" function, the OS doesn't allow access to the hardware for what the application needs.

I'm happy you resolved your issue.
