Can't Login

okay, ive posted on here about not being able to log in, kept getting booted to log in screen, saying im disconnected. periodically i could get to character select screen and it would either disconnect me or say my spell file was outdated. i eventually did clean reinstall, was able to log into an alt but not my main. thought maybe there was an issue with my character. ive been gone all week on a business trip and my hotel room had TERRIBLE internet. now that im home, i have no issues.
