What do you guys tip for ports?

Back when I was about level 25 on my main, I /ooc needing a port from OT to NK. Some druid replied he could take me. When we met up and I offered him 25p he asked if I was a monk. I didn't get it at first. Then after he dropped me off and started sending me nasty tells about being a cheap bastard and cursing, I realized what was going on.

I think his exact words were ports are 50p minimum and 100p if he had to run anywhere. I tried to explain I was new to the server and if I had more to give I would but he just kept ranting. Kind of made me sad that someone would act like that.
