Default Missing Characters in select screen

Well been trying to login for 45 min now.

I got to my main character once and when it tried to login from that point the entire thing crashed and I had to reboot.

Now I get a blank server select screen. If i manage to get past that and select a server it gives me an empty character screen and says I need to download the latest files from project 1999 or it gives me a blank character screen as if it was my first login ever, meaning all my characters are gone.

Please advise
happening to me right now

Same here, logged in, signed out to switch toon and now can't get on Blue server.
