Kill decaying skeletons from level 1-4 for a set of cloth. Kill black wolves and save the skins, shadow wolves too when you can.

Combine the ruined hides with armour patterns to make tattered armour.

Silks can be combined together into threads for practice. Which can in turn be used for other recipes (bandages, leather padding for plate and so on).
