But I don't recall why it is necessary. There is a trainer and a spell vendor on the second floor. Is there a quest NPC on the third floor?

There is someone important up there, but I can't remember who it is, may just be a spell vendor or something, I don't remember. But I do remember having to make that jump, fast walk, and it driving me insane!! lol
