RNGs about lvl 50 do Double Dmg

*Miscellaneous Changes/Fixes*


- Rangers above level 50 will now do double damage with Archery against
non-moving, non-rooted targets. These restrictions allowed us to
enhance archery without creating a new kiting problem.

What is it that RNGs have now on P1999?
I remember on VZTZ i used to get DD at lower lvls.

Steps in rolling a ranger:
1) choose race and put all your points in stam
2) Decide on a creative nature/hunting themed name i.e. "Treelover" or "Huntsalot"
3) Accept the name and gaze at your newly created toon.
4) Hit Delete and "Yes"
5) Roll a rogue
