US businesses like cheap labor. Keeps costs down while improving the stock value making investors happy and the company stocks easier to sell to potential future investors.

I've always had a hard time believing people may actually be as stupid as it appears. it is infinitely easier to believe this guy was a democrat pawn who built fake bombs than to believe he is actually dumb enough to build bombs that don't work and distribute them in the name of his hero right before an election.
