Yes, in Kaladim. He's in one of the guilds. Pretty easy to find.

I started up a Wood Elf Druid. I'm level 11 now, but Gfay, CB, Butcherblock and even Steamfont are all quite populated. I had no trouble finding a group at the Orc camps in Gfay and CB is always loaded full of ppl. It's really awesome actually, really feels like reliving classic EQ which is of course the idea here [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Lately me and my buddies travelled over the Freeport and are now hunting around EC, WC and N ro. Everything I just said applies to these areas too.
