![]() Nuts and that grass fed ghee (spread on healthy foods) are two things that come to my mind If i felt like I needed to put on weight in the most healthy way. That and maybe some rib eye steaks here and there.
You could probably just add a few glasses of milk here and there. Even high quality chocolate milk can be OK if you make it yourself and don't add unnecessary sugar. I hear dates are good for healthy weight gain...but I'm not 100% on dried fruit in general.

![]() 9kcal/g fat.
7kcal/g alcohol. 4kcal/g protein. 4kcal/g carbohydrates. Fats are good for satiety. There’s no functional difference in macros in terms of weight gain and total calorie consumption. 2k of lard = 2k of beer = 2k of sugar = 2k of whey powder. Fite me.

![]() if you are not ingesting raw greens enough you wont accomplish much, its your biggest source of vitamins and energy
you are probably taking more then double the protein and carbs you need spinach is just one green and unless your growing it yourself I wouldn't bother all commercially purchased vegetables have almost nothing in them because they use growth hormones to make it grow faster so it can be marketed further from where its grown.
