It’s weird though. I do HIIT once a week now with a trainer and I basically last 35-40 minutes before having to give up. The sprints have not translated into other forms of cardiovascular health. Not that I’m unhealthy, it’s just damn... HIIT can be rough

Sprinting is an anabolic workout and endurance cardio generally isn’t. Different muscle fibers.

The body is a ridiculous machine... Ps- Lunch today was brown rice, ground turkey, and cottage cheese. All mixed up in a big'ol bowl.. Pretty gross looking..

Most people I see with really nice bodies don't run TBH. Some do -- don't get me wrong. But I don't think its necessary.
There are some people that just like running. But most the time it seems to be athletes or military that run all the time. They do this for obvious reasons. | ||

And FYI, guilt has destroyed my month of gains.. I have let Mead and Skarlorn both down.. I am still trying to keep the amount of food up though.. But it's getting tough on day 3... Last night, i crammed my face with a spoon and peanut butter to stretch for some macros.. Enjoy this photo of my lunch..
