odd game "crash" issue
I replaced my 1080ti with a 2080ti, since doing this I am having odd eq problems. Out of the blue the frames will not update.. it will appear eq is locked but everything is happening still, i can type and group can see it (but I can't see myself type). I can hear everything going on, no movement keys work (on my end, maybe I am moving in game, don't know), video is just frozen.. but I can /sit and /camp etc.. not sure what is causing this. I do not have this problem on my 1080ti. I run in window mode and have gsync turned off. (does it with gsync on or off btw).

This happens to me when I get a UAC prompt when running windowed. Switching between full screen and windowed mode fixes it. By any chance did you include the "Nvidia experience" when installing the drivers for your new gfx card? Just thinking that maybe the checking for drivers bit it does now and then, or something similar, may be the cause.
