My biggest contests are probably that wizard 34 is better then 29 due to best quad kite spell and all relavent ports for others within a zone or two, amd shaman 34 bigger game changer then 60. I'm of the unpopular opinion that torpor is slightly overrated. I do think the only 60 answer goes to warrior.

Ill comment on a few classes but most ppl already nailed most.

Rogue - lvl 10 (backstab) lvl 55 (dbl backstab) lvl 60 (assassination)
Shaman - lvl 34 (game changing spells) lvl 60 (torpor)
Ranger - lvl 55 (game changing spells)
Paladin - 51? 59? Whenever they get 90% rez and then 60 for Divine Str

Enchanter 58 - Bedlam
Enchanter 51 - Theft of Thought
Paladin 20 - Ghoulbane + Undead merbs
Rogue 55 - Double Backstab
Warrior - 40, 46, 50 (great levels for unlocking really important/fun weapon procs)
Warrior - 52 evasive and 55 defensive disciplines and 55 kick becomes a stun

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, unpopular or not, but I'm going to try and sway you anyway [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] What camps can you do as a Shaman at 60 without Torpor that you can't do at 59? I can't think of any. Focus doesn't make that much difference; maybe Malo does for one camp?

But with Torpor you can do camps that used to require entire groups (or at least 2 or 3 players), like NG or Cliff Golems.

In other words, forget about the difference between 59 and getting 60 and getting every spell except Torpor. Heck, you can probably even forget about the difference from 58 to 60: Torpor opens up more stuff that you couldn't kill before than everything else you get from those two levels.
