I rarely go to Velious because I quit EQ before Velious came out.

the patch the released chardok 2.0 also had may game mechanic changes that were prepping for luclinn launch, i could easily never see that landing here if the idea is this to be a velious locked server.

The goal isn't to be a "Velious-locked" server so much as it is to be an "everything but Luclin on" server, so that includes every patch up to the Luclin release patch ... which actually includes a couple small patches after Chardok 2.0.
