Watched the video without sound thank god for subtitles.
You can see the pigs expression at the moment of laughter and right before his backpedaling. He has that angry look of disappointment of a toddler being told no, with no way to defy the adults. He absolutely knew he got shat on. Anyway. No. He hasn't accomplished shit. His administration hasn't accomplished shit in the last 2 years.
