Paladin all the way, not even a contest IMO based on your requirements. SKs aren't superior to Paladin's solo when it comes to dungeons, and it sounds like you plan to spend most of your time there. Stuns, calm, root, DW helm OP heals, etc.
Plus when you are 55+ and decide you want to group, you'll have so much more utility in that setting. And at 60 as a Paladin you'll have a unique 200 hp buff, 90% rez, and have a better heal than all classes except a cleric and torpor shaman(lolz). At 60s SKs get.. an average pet and another FD?

Why not roll both?
So depending upon your mood - whether to be evil or good, you will have both aspects covered as the situation warrants.

I have both classes and they are both equally fun so you can't go wrong with your decision. 1-45 or so they are pretty even soloing, paladin is better in doors with root and SKs are better out doors with fear kiting. 50+ SK actually starts to really shine and get better at soloing where a paladin pretty much has to group at that point. Speaking of grouping, paladin is far better overall in a group. Their agro management and tanking abilities are equal but the utility of the paladin is far superior.

I recommend pally. Stuns, roots, Lay on Hands, and eventually a 90% rez are super helpful to have.
You'll get more utility out of a high level Paladin than SK. Only utility SK has at high level is corpse summon which you already have covered with your necro.

I faced the exact same choice and ended up going Troll SK. I'm a noob, but have loved my experience so far getting to level 13. Only thing I'd add is that being an evil race has been a little annoying, but I spent from 7 through 13 in Blackburrow getting to apprehensive with the Qeynos guards (with the help of a druid whose Wolf Form let me turn in about 120 fangs).
