Can't outrun mobs with SoW
Just tried kiting skellies @ chessboard and I was unable to outrun them with SoW. Is it normal to for MOBs to run this fast or am I missing something?

How low was your HP when you started running? If you were at like 10-15% your runspeed would have been lowered enough that even with SoW you were going too slow to outrun them.
Chessboard skels shouldn't be running at SoW speed. If it keeps happening post about it in the bugs section. There is a chance someone went and charmed them then had someone else SoW them just to grief lowbies, but I doubt it.
