I'm not aware of anyone that RPs even part time.
I remember on live people actually use to RP lol.

The closest I've found is the abundance of Ogre players who speak 'in character' which I always love. Probably not what you're looking for, though [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I'll often role play on my SK Segador, taunting paladins in to duels and spreading the word of innorruk.
