Your synopsis of screenshot makes it sound like they had reached an agreement and that the TMO fella backed out without responding. Sounds a little weighted to one side to me. After getting Muffins to agree to a higher price he tried to strike a deal involving 3k and gatorscale instead, as he revealed he didn't even have the money for the offer he had made and got agreement upon, which was swiftly responded to with no.

Not some cryptic shit going on here. If you're gonna make an offer at least have the cash for it on you, or don't throw a hissy fit rant on the forums just because he didn't want to wait for you to get your shit in order.
