How do I get Horizontal Hotbars???

I just started playing the game, and would like to have horizontal hotbars.

Only have 1 and its vertical.

Tried to toggle them on/off through keys option. Doesnt work.

If theres some weird stuff to do with UI file changing, could you please ELI5???

qqui has 2 horizontal hotbars.

Other UIs might have them too, but I only use qqui so I couldn't tell you for sure about any other UIs.
