Yeah, lots of the above responses I agree with. There seems to be a better pronounced DPS result with lower delay weapons on high end mobs. The DPS math was PURELY on the spreadsheet you gave.

The numbers are a pretty good rough guide. Min/Max dos is something that you should probably test with empirical data.
