As a new/returning player, should I play p99 or EQ TLP? Advice for beginner...

looking for a strong experience with a large population, friendly community

With that criteria, there is really only one choice: P1999 Blue.

No boxing, large and friendly population from level 1-60.
But there is no experience bonus or anything, just plain old exp grinding.
