ALS (coincidence?) should try to make it on Rise of Zek. Fresh start for everyone so there is no issue with keeping it legit. Just opened a week ago. You guys tried on red99 and realized it is awful. Try it on a fresh server with multiple end game guilds playing.

Thumpy Irontoe, mysterious brother to Trumpy Irontoe, was meandering about in the sewers. All it took was a dubious look towards the group to incite violence. True to his name, Thumpy was pounding our allied adventurers. A handful were killed in self defense. Once the battle was out of reach for Thumpy, he knew his only chance was to swim for it. Thumpy cut his teeth in the sewers and knows the Aqueducts well. He also has great swimming speed. He was pulling away from the group with great haste until Glerkybop, the feisty Iksar from earlier, flexed his natural water prowess and caught up to him. That spelled the end of Thumpy Irontoe and the party was unexpectedly glad to have crossed paths with this Iksar who saved the day in a land far from his home.

Glerkybop is in the thick of it again! Both he and fellow Iksar Chumyum were incensed at the sight of seeing Frogloks roaming free and unshackled. These wayward frogloks were no match...

Adventurers were disappearing in the water and nobody knew why. Something ferocious was underfoot. Large piranha claimed many lives before we spied him. Then we had to jump in to save the survivors. This wouldn't be the last underwater foe we had to face in the dark and scummy waters of Qeynos Aqueducts...

In some ways this was a dark day for some of us. Qeynos native paladins and monks were overruled by the war wishes of the rogue adventurers and foreigners. The Sewer Sentinels, Guards of Qeynos were slain in cold blood. They were more powerful than our party, but too few in number. After they fell we took over their "firepot" camp, as one adventurer quipped...Some were not in the mood to laugh and hung their head in shame, vowing to regain faction with their people.

The way I will continue to do events is to hold a little mini game, before, during or after the raid. The winner will choose the target or zone of the next event and i will put a spin on it to give it ALS flavor. This event was called shark pool shenanigans. I soothed both sharks then all the lvl 1's were instructed to jump in if they wished to participate.
Participants had two options that they would have to figure out on the fly: band together and fight or attempt to be the last one standing. Last one standing would be the winner and choose the next zone/target. Most were noble and attempted to band together to kill a shark. These sharks are extremely high lvl which you wouldn't know unless you've hunted them, the wiki is unclear as to the lvl of the QA sharks. Not surprisingly the rogues had no interest in banding together and just tried to sneak swim to a corner of the shark pool. The winner of the Shark pool Shenanigans was one of those rogues and he happened to be an officer of Kittens. After some collaboration he decided he wanted to do Kael Arena as his choice for the next target. ALS and Kittens will do a casual collaboration at the arena as Scribner's choice of the next target. The mini game for that event will be in Eastern Wastes and will be called Furryfoot finders. | ||
