I've never heard of any. You could have re-bound
" to do something else, in which case you could do CTRL + O to open the options and then check the keybindings tab ... but honestly even if you bound it to an action, I would think it would still work when you type it in text.
When you are first logging in can you type a
" in as part of your login name?
