Guns literally did all that and the price is around 400 deaths a year.

The kid supposedly yelled Surprise!!! before starting to shoot and then yelled Woo Hoo!!! during the shooting. At least that proves this shooting was real and not some faked false flag Sandy Hook esque bullshit event where the shooter is head to toe in swat gear so you couldn't even tell if it was the person the media claimed it was.
