NPC Spawn Issue: Plague Shark (Erud's Crossing)

I've killed this pal a number of times now. Here's what I gotta say:

I don't think his proc is working, as he's never done it.

He has dropped the rotten shark meat, and also has not dropped it, so I believe that is working properly.

Should he be indifferent or scowls? cuz, he's indiff.

His spawn time is a very good exact 2 hours, so working properly.

-plague shark has no faction. procs nullify magic.
-killer sharks are kos. proc nullify magic.

Anyone have a good idea for a disease based proc that does around 180dmg ?

wtf does that mean? you kill it and the corpse jumps to a different place? sounds more like a bug, or something incredibly retarded, imo.

Haha. Well, I was quoting the line as proof of its dispell magic. That part of the sentence just happened to come along with the quote. It came from Everlore, circa 2000.

I do remember having a real pain with that shark. If it was up, it would follow the boat around, linked to it. Also, it would teleport across the zone, fly over the island, docks, etc. I assume that's what they meant.
