They are lionized by media outlets like infowars and fox to scare old people into thinking the country is doomed.

^。^ im not disagreeing with you, butt hating those with whom you do not agree is commendable as a matter of self preservation. terfs are hateful. if you are not hateful, you are right to hate them. This sort of sanctioned intolerance on the left is liek a safety valve, allowing a peaceful society to vent pent up frustrations with their oppressors on more assailable targets. We can't defeat the white male patriarchy, but we can rather handily stamp out a bunch of unhappy, lonely women suffering the delusions of a grand ideology.
