So is breeze supposed to be in or not. a simple straightforward answer is what is needed at this point since we just had a patch and it is still not in.

People are just left hanging when a dev would end all speculation by just answering clearly. It'd take less than 30 seconds

I understand that is what you are doing, but this can't be an intended side effect of getting rid of Breeze? This is exploiting a bug, in my opinion.

No, it is not. And I wouldn't suggest buying any because I'm going to go through and wipe them all from spellbooks/inventories.
