Hmm.. you look to be correct, it is a darker image, but it looks like the area on his chest is different than his face. Maybe the OP in the other report was expecting bright pink but the base of the brown on the druid just cuts the pink back a bunch. Maybe it is more vibrant on other class armors.

Here is what an overlay of those values looks like on the Tizmak armor... I am disappointed:
