As far as who to contact, would suggest sending Ravhin a PM on P99 forums, he is the head honcho on P99 wiki. You can also leave a comment on his wiki page, but I think his P99 PMs get to his email, so I've had good luck getting a response out of him.
I also noticed the images being cut short, I use Chrome. Figured I would just blame Loramin for all current and future problems since becoming an admin!
