![]() I went bowling this week and the activity put a lot of strain on some scar tissue on my right abdomen, so I've been out of the gym since Wednesday. About to go RIGHT NOW to make up for some missing GAINS

![]() Running a calorie deficit of 400 and doing strength training and running is hard. I've been working down to grossing 1100 calories / day. But if I take into account steps, I'm more like 900 net calories / day.
I'm not happy anymore if I don't see that weight is down Monday. Going to train a little less and keep calories low. But holy hell I was terrible running today. Ran one mile then I broke down and just did flat out sprints 1 mile and walked doing butt kicks, high knees, lunges and squats the last mile. Still feel ok, no pain. Normally I can at least maintain a decent slow pace and heart rate. Almost made myself pass out on the final sprint. Got really nauseous and dizzy. I'm crazy though, could probably push myself to death, but I'm ok probably. | ||
