Back in live, if a boss spawned at a random time, everyone in the guild had like 3 peoples (or more) phone numbers/contact info to call to have them log in.

So say Otto saw Naggy spawn at 4:38am, he would call Karsten, who in turn would call Hadinbad and Burple, who would call others and the dragon would die by 4:50am or such.
